What’s new in SmartMeter.io 1.10.0

A few possibly breaking changes were introduced.
They are all rather minor.
core:
- Upgraded Java 8 to 11 version
Recorder fixes:
- Solved - background and text colors are displaying wrong on some web pages.
- Fixed - modal dialog boxes don't work on some web pages.
- Resolved error whith starting Recorder on linux
